NIPEC is collaborating with education and service providers to develop a process to evaluate the effectiveness of post-registration education for nurses and midwives with a focus on improvements in patient and client care.

 

The draft evaluation process was previously with the Chair of the Education Strategy Group for approval.

The draft evaluation progress has been made against the four strategic themes of: Promoting Person Centred Cultures; Delivering Safe and Effective Care; Maximising Resources for Success; and Supporting Learning and Development.
