Investors in People have assessed us… And we are thrilled that we have achieved We invest in people silver accreditation!

Speaking about IIP Accreditation, NIPEC Chief Executive Linda Kelly commented:

“I want to thank the NIPEC Team for their contribution and dedication because this is a great achievement for all of us. Only 22% of organisations achieve silver and at the crux of it, it means that the right principles are in place but more than that, it means all of us are making active efforts to make sure we’re consistent and that everyone in the organisation feels the effects!
