Health Minister, Mike Nesbit on 1 November 2024, launched the Equity of Access and Outcome Report – The Future Role of Registered Nurses Learning Disability in supporting people to achieve the best health possible.
Speaking at the launch Minister Nesbit commented
“Today is a great day to launch the report as it is Learning Disability Nurse Day – a day when we celebrate learning disability nurses and raise the profile of this profession as a positive career choice.”
