We are pleased to announce a series of Career Clinics for nurses and midwives within Northern Ireland, who have completed their preceptorship period. Building on the launch of the Career and Development Model in December 2025, these online sessions will support colleagues to explore career opportunities and plan their future development.
Led by Cathy McCusker, Senior Professional Officer, and supported by Mary Donnelly, Professional Officer, the clinics will provide an overview of the Career and Development Model, insight into nursing and midwifery career pathways, information on learning and development opportunities, and practical guidance to help participants identify their strengths and career goals.

Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions, connect with colleagues and gain greater clarity and confidence in planning their next career steps.
