Lead, Inspire and Improve are the key themes of the new NIPEC Quality Strategy launched during World Quality Week. NIPEC’s Chief Executive Linda Kelly is excited to see the Strategy come to fruition after engagement with NIPEC staff and partner organisations on its development and commented:
“The Quality Strategy sets out our ambitions for quality in a way that is designed to be meaningful to our partners and staff, ensuring we work together to deliver excellence in all that we do and enhance our organisational learning. This strategy will support the delivery of our Corporate Plan over the next four years. “
NIPEC staff joined together in their James House offices during World Quality Week to celebrate the launch of the strategy, with Brenda Carson, Senior Professional Officer who has led on the development of the strategy commenting:
“We are strengthening our culture of enquiry and collaborating with our partners to continuously improve our work. The NIPEC team is enjoying working to deliver excellence for the professions and continuing to learn.”
