As a result of feedback from across the nurses implementing the PACE process for nursing and midwifery care planning in Northern Ireland the Transforming Nursing and Midwifery Data officers have developed a new PACE prompt which can be accessed in PDF format here.
The prompt helps nurses and midwives to think about what they should consider and record under the P-A-C-E acronym in their records.
