The NIPEC Annual Quality Report for the period April 2023 to March 2024 provides us with an opportunity to showcase some of the great work we do alongside our many stakeholders across the health and social care system. We are continuing to work on a number of initiatives that will help nursing and midwifery staff to further embrace continuous improvement in their roles.  This year has been an exciting one for NIPEC with the launch of the Quality Strategy: Lead, Inspire, Improve.
