The Quality Excellence Framework (QEF) is now live on the NIPEC website.

 

 

The ambition of the Quality Excellence Framework is to provide assurance of the high-quality care and professional practice within and across organisations. It fosters a culture of continuous improvement and learning, ensuring that all elements of the framework are interconnected and applied holistically.

Organisations who adopt this framework, will benefit from consistent and robust processes for measuring, assuring and reporting on the quality and professionalism of Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Health Professional (AHP) care and practice. Additionally, it will equip teams with the skills to lead and drive continuous improvement within a healthful, safe practice environment.
