Investors in People have assessed us… And we are thrilled that we have achieved We invest in people silver accreditation!
Speaking about IIP Accreditation, NIPEC Chief Executive Linda Kelly commented:
“I want to thank the NIPEC Team for their contribution and dedication because this is a great achievement for all of us. Only 22% of organisations achieve silver and at the crux of it, it means that the right principles are in place but more than that, it means all of us are making active efforts to make sure we’re consistent and that everyone in the organisation feels the effects!
Our ‘We invest in people assessment’ was a great opportunity for us to hear from our Team. There is always something to learn. We have got recommendations and an action plan so that we can keep making changes, keep improving and keep moving forward.”
Chair of NIPEC Council, Bronagh Scott joined the Team to celebrate with some home baked cake and goodies. These little celebrations are an important part of the Health and Wellbeing activities that the NIPEC team aim to make time for. Recognising the importance of time to share and reflect in a busy working environment.
