Sharon McRoberts

Sharon McRoberts is passionate about nursing and is proud to have nursed for 43 years, within Northern Ireland Health & Social Care. Formerly Assistant Director of Nursing: Regulation, Workforce, Education, Learning and Development, South Eastern Health & Social Care Trust, retiring from the Trust in July 2022. Sharon has significant experience of leading and working at regional and national level, contributing to significant changes, through influencing, constructive challenge and has a proven track record of managing change, working in partnerships with stakeholders. Sharon completed her MBA in 2004, holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Health & Social Care in 2003, ILM Level 5 Coaching and Mentoring, 2011, also completing a range of leadership courses, the last in 2019, the Proteus Leadership Course.
