Brenda is a Senior Professional Officer at NIPEC having joined at the end of 2022 and has a huge passion for all things Quality. Brenda is currently leading on the development of a HSC Quality Excellence Framework, supporting and evaluating a regional Communities of Practice programme, scoping the role of Band 4 staff across the Nursing workforce and developing a new Quality Strategy for NIPEC. Brenda also continues to teach improvement science on a number of regional Nursing and Midwifery programmes.
