The Independent and Voluntary Sector Forum was established by NIPEC for Senior Nurse Managers and other NMC registrants who work in the Independent and Voluntary Sectors. The Forum meets quarterly to discuss professional issues in nursing and challenges for the independent and voluntary sectors. The Forum provides those who attend, an opportunity to network with colleagues, share ideas and discuss possible solutions to challenges which are particular to these sectors.
The Forum is facilitated by Cathy McCusker, Senior Professional Officer. The Last event took place on 19 September 2019 – “Supporting the Professional Development of Your Nursing Team”.
