Head of Corporate Services
Jill Jackson is the Head of Corporate Services and took up post on 1 October 2019. She graduated from Queen’s University, Belfast, in 1991, with a BA Joint Hons Degree in Business Administration and French, and since 1993 she has gained over 25 years’ experience in the HSC. Jill’s started her career working in Medical Records in the Jubilee Maternity Hospital and since then has held a variety of posts including Student Nurse Bursary Manager, secondment to DoH as a HSC Education Officer, Chief Executive Office Manager in the Public Health Agency, Governance and Risk Officer in the Business Services Organisation and most recently Operations and Business Manager in the HSC Leadership Centre.
As Head of Corporate Services in NIPEC, Jill is responsible for the efficient operation of all corporate services and resource management within the organisation, and supports the Chief Executive in the development of NIPEC’s corporate and business strategies to ensure the effective functioning of the organisation.
Jill has continued her studies throughout her career and most recently achieved a post graduate Diploma in Corporate Governance and a post graduate Diploma in Health & Social Care Management.
